【お知らせ／予告】令和9年度以降の入学予定者に係る運用について/[Notice/Announcement] The reformation of SPRING Program by the government
国の次世代研究者挑戦的研究プログラム（SPRING事業）見直しに伴い、令和9年度から新制度によるSPRING事業としてスタートすることとなりました。
本学では、継続して支援ができるよう、JST（科学技術振興機構）に現在申請中ですが、本年9月頃に支援大学が決定する予定です。
事業採択の連絡があり次第、速やかに令和9年4月支援開始者等の募集を行う予定ですが、本学が計画中の主なポイントを以下のとおり予告いたします。
ただし、予告内容は、現時点での予定であり、公募採択結果を含め、変更があり得ることを承知おきください。

１．支援学生の区分と主な支援内容
3つの支援区分に分け募集します。計画中の募集人数は、令和9年4月以降の年度ごとの採用予定数です。

２．早期予約採用枠の新設
今年度（令和8年度）に、大学院博士前期課程・修士課程１年次の方、学部６年制課程の５年次の方で、令和１０年４月に本学博士(後期)課程へ進学予定の者を対象に、区分１の枠内での早期予約採用を計画しています。
[Notice/Announcement] The reformation of SPRING Program
The Japanese government announced reforms to the general rules of the National Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation (SPRING Program), a Japanese government-sponsored scholarship for PhD course graduate students. The reformed SPRING Program will start in the 2027 academic year.
University of Toyama is now applying for the reformed program; acceptance will be notified in the coming September. As soon as our application is accepted, we will call for the possible recipients of SRRING scholarship. The table shown below summarizes the points of our plan. The details of the plan may be subject to change.

2.Early section
We plan to start an early selection for Category 1 from this academic year. This early selection allows students who are willing to join the PhD course in April of the academic year 2028 (i.e., the 1st graders at the master course of graduate schools or the 5th graders of 6-year undergraduate schools) to apply for the SPRING program before taking the admission examination of the PhD course.
